Announcing our newest help center. RainTree Inn in Newcastle Indiana. A 5 star hotel that's owned by an American who says "We need each other, we need the American Trucker".

the past 29 years the community of Belleville, IL has come together
to support Charity. The town of Belleville has been hosting the Chili
Cook Off since 1983. It started with just a few vendors celebrating
their love for chili and has grown to over 70 vendors that serve not

We'd like to thank Triple T Tire and Lube in Black River Falls Wisconsin. Trucker Charity had a case today and needed their services. They were the only business in town willing to lend a helping hand to a couple who have had some really hard times. Back at the end of Feb. We had a driver referred to us by another charity, he was out in California who had a medical issue with his CDL which caused him to be stranded since he couldn't drive his truck. We worked on it with him for 3 weeks and we're happy to report we got his license back today. I'm pulling this all from memory so indulge me here.What we did isn't normally what we do but now that we know how to "Get'r Done" we'll be able to help the next driver with this kind of issue.

The situations that we're dealing with this week with drivers needing help are really getting crazy. I'm sitting there listening to their stories and my mouth is literally hanging jaw dropped. We've been contacted by Landline and they gave us the number of one driver that's caught up in this. He's driving a truck totally illegal, we advised him to find a truck dealership, take pictures of the entire truck and we'll get him home and out of that situation.

Sometimes I really don't know how we do it, someone's watching over us. We're still plugging along helping truck drivers when they find themselves in bad situations and need a leg up.
6 drivers stranded today, working on the last 2 right now. 50% of them were from CRST. Seems their recruiters are bringing in drivers without checking them out fully that they meet their requirements. This week so far has hit the heart of many of the Trucker Charity Inc family. Ralph Acocella Jr an active Trucker Charity Inc volunteer. Transported a dear friend's ashes back to his mother. The short time Trucker Charity Inc. has been around has been a very busy time. We had our plans to roll out in 2010. Yet, the Arrow Trucking situation called for our service to be announced very early. We get many applications and calls a day. This is great as it means we have a need. The next few months should look to be very good. We are getting ready to get a large letter writing campaign under way for the end of the year. This will assist with locking down donations for next year. We want to make sure we are one of the first charity's in line with the major corporations to get donations lined up for 2010.
